BMA Celebrates 10 Years

This May marks BMA’s 10th year of working with organizations, with individuals at every level within organizations, and most importantly with the children of some of our clients! What can be a greater honor than to be entrusted with the development of someone’s child?

We value each of the relationships we have had with our clients – many for 10 years - and thank all of you who have shared those 10 rewarding years. We are also extremely grateful and pleased to have welcomed many more clients throughout this time and look forward to deepening these relationships, too. So, here’s to the adventures ahead!

BMA partner, Sheila Kabat, has recently been re-certified by Management Research Group® (MRG) an international assessment company with offices in Portland, ME and Munich, Germany. MRG uses a scientific approach integrated with the human spirit, and business to produce assessments that provide the most statistically accurate results for BMA clients engaging in 360º feedback loop process. Sheila also became certified in 4 other assessments: Strategic Directions, Role Expectation, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360, and Leadership Culture.
